It is important:

  • If possible, attend with a companion.
  • In the case of children under five, it is important to attend with two companions on the day of the test appointment.
  • It is important to bring previously completed examinations.
  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • If the study requires contrast media, you must submit a result of laboratory tests no older than 15 days of taking.
  • If you have had an allergy to contrast media, it is important to let the staff know before starting the procedure.
  • Remember that if your study requires special preparation, it is important to comply with this protocol, otherwise you will have to reschedule the study.
  • Allow enough time for the examination. Remember that some studies require service preparation and recovery after its completion.
  • Any procedure that requires contrast media, that is to say, an invasive procedure is necessary to complete the respective informed consent or dissent in case of non-acceptance.
  • Verify that when receiving the results these are registered under your name.
  • Some test results will be delivered 5 working days after the study is taken.
  • The hours of operation of the area of diagnostic images is from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
